Grace is a counselling intern with a warm, client-centered approach and a deep belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick.

Grace brings a background in community mental health and early intervention, with experience supporting youth and families in diverse settings—including as a Jordan’s Principle Case Manager and in behavioral intervention roles at IWK Children’s Hospital. She is passionate about working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, perfectionism, and self-growth. Grace approaches her work with curiosity, cultural humility, and a strong emphasis on collaborative care. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and psychodynamic principles to support clients in realizing their innate capacity for growth and resilience.

With a background as a varsity basketball player, Grace understands the pressures of high-performance environments and has a particular interest in the intersection of mental health and sport as it relates to identity and self-worth.

Outside of her work, Grace enjoys walking her dog, rowing, cooking for friends, and tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants and garden vegetables.
